You have a new friend coming over and you call your dog to their bed. Your dog waits patiently while you open the door and you welcome your guest inside. Then you tell your dog to say "Hi". They come over and politely greet your guests as well. Your guest and you prep dinner and dine while your dog relaxes on their bed. While you enjoy some chit chat your pup calmly comes over and sits down near your guests for some pets.  ​This is the Domestic Dog. Calm, relaxed, and can go with the flow.

You are out for your daily walk with your best friend at your side. You stop for a moment to say "hi" to your neighbor and your dog sits down next to you. It's your daily morning hike and your goal is to get at least 5 miles in before you have to head off to work. Your let your favorite furry hiking partner off leash and they run a little ahead to get their first sniff in. Another person and their dog are coming toward you and you call your buddy back while they leash their dog. Your dog sits at your side until you say "Let's go" and you both pass the other pair with a casual "Good morning". This is the Explorer- the dog you can trust for some off-leash adventures.​
